Second GYN BrachyAcademy workshop in the US with CME Credits

On April 22-23, 2026 BrachyAcademy organized its 2nd GYN workshop at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, USA.

Eleven participants from the United States, Mexico, Honduras, and Panama attended the event. The program covered the full brachytherapy workflow of CT-MR image-guided brachytherapy in cervical cancer, including observation of a live clinical case involving IC/IS brachy, ultrasound-guided hands-on implant simulation using phantoms, and hands-on training in treatment planning.

This is the only BrachyAcademy course that offers CME certification. Additionally, UT Southwestern provided Spanish-language support for participants from Latin America.
